MOSYS Consulting is based in Camas, WA and owned by its two founders, Susan Zneimer, Ph.D., FACMGG and Martin Chetlen, MCS.
Dr. Zneimer, holds a Doctorate degree in genetics and her post-doctoral fellowship was in human genetics, specializing in cytogenetics and molecular cytogenetics.

With over 20 years as a director of various genetic laboratories, Dr. Zneimer’s expertise has expanded to include:

- Authorship of a popular general non-fiction book on Hot Topics in Medicine, Genetic and Biology
- Invited lectureships and seminars in the field of genetics, cancer, evolution and molecular biology
- Improving the quality and efficiency of laboratory services through Six Sigma and Lean improvements.
- Dr. Zneimer is a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma and instills ways to improve laboratory practices where needed.
The other founder, Martin Chetlen, holds a Master of Computer Science degree and was a Professor of Computer Science at Moorpark College for 20 years. His expertise provides MOSYS Consulting with:
